Yes, we welcome all artists, especially those looking for industry support and aiming to get their music on streaming platforms and monetize it. However, we are very selective about who we work with. To release music with us, you must have exclusive rights and ownership of each song. The following types of music are ineligible for release with us:

• Cover songs of other artists' work.

• Music where the copyright has expired (e.g., public domain works).

• Arrangements of musical works where you cannot collect royalties, such as arrangements of Western Classical pieces.

• Tracks without a proper, legal composer name (as required by most agencies and streaming platforms).

• Music with existing publishing or record label agreements (unless clearly communicated and agreed upon with all parties involved).

We are also very strict regarding the images used for songs, album, or single covers. The following are not allowed:

• Website URL.

• Contact information (e.g., email address, phone number, etc.).

• Pornographic images.

• Pricing information.

• Copyrighted images.

• Scans of CDs (must be retail-ready artwork).

• Blurry or pixelated images.

Additionally, we recommend using high-quality images with a resolution of 3000x3000 pixels for optimal presentation. Please ensure your cover art meets these requirements to be eligible for release

We can assist you in claiming and verifying your artist pages across several major streaming platforms. The platforms we can directly help with include:

While we can assist with claim requests, we recommend that the artist handle them directly, as this is usually more straightforward for streaming services. However, if any issues arise, you can contact us for support. Requests can be submitted through your Artist Backstage page. 

Replused Records handles verification requests for its distribution clients only in specific cases and at its sole discretion. If you are a Replused Records distributed artist and you meets our internal requirements as well as the guidelines of the chosen platform, you may contact us with a link to the account you wish to verify.

Important:

Social media verification is based on an editorial process. Submission does not guarantee succes. Even if your request is approved internally, the platform itself may refuse it at any time without further notice.

We can submit verification requests only for Facebook pages, Instagram profiles, and TikTok accounts. If approved by both our editorial team and the platform, your profile will receive the blue verification badge along with other benefits

Before applying, ensure that you meet the requirements and understand the limitations of this service. Verification is an additional service, available only to artists who meet our internal criteria. If you do not meet these criteria, or if you have had issues using our services, you are likely not eligible. You must also have an excellent track record with us, no content strikes, and act in good faith.

Note: This service is not the same as Meta Verified or any paid verification service. It is a permanent verification, completed without access to your accounts or passwords. We handle the process internally via our private networks. While we cannot guarantee approval, your request will be reviewed by a real human, and the final decision rests with the platform’s editorial team.

Internal Requirements

1. Spotless history with us: no copyright claims, good-faith behavior, no excessive or abusive requests.
   
   

2. One verification badge per artist per platform.
   
   

3. Verification applies only to your artist page, not personal or brand pages.
   
   

4. Minimum followers: 500 for Meta, 5,000 recommended for TikTok. A high follower count does not guarantee verification.
   
   

5. Regular posting: at least once per month on average.
   
   

6. All your music on these platforms must be distributed by us.
   
   

7. Public media coverage is critical: links to reputable news outlets, not opinion articles. Links to other social media are insufficient. We can give support with this.
   
   

8. Platform-specific criteria:

   • Facebook & Instagram: authentic, unique, complete, and notable profiles according to Meta guidelines (link)

   • TikTok: active, authentic, complete, notable, and secure profiles according to TikTok guidelines (link)

9. Submitted accounts must comply with each platform’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

10. All submitted information must be truthful and professionally accurate. Fake or sponsored information will result in immediate rejection.

11. If your request is denied, do not resubmit unless you have new information that could directly impact the decision. 

Application process:

Verification requests will only be processed if submitted through your artist backstage dashboard. Requests sent via our support email will not be accepted at this time. If additional information is needed, we will contact you directly.

If your profile meets our initial requirements, you can request a verification badge by submitting a request through your artist backstage dashboard. Include the following:

1. Navigate to your “Submit a Request” page inside your artist backstage.

2. Select the relevant verification badge: Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok.
   
   

After submitting your initial request, you will be contacted to complete a second form with additional questions, including why your account should be verified and other internal inquiries.

Previously, linking your Instagram or Facebook account to your music required a verified profile with the blue checkmark. Now, you do not need to be verified to link your music to Facebook or Instagram, but your account must be set up as a business account. Once that’s done, we can fully assist you and will coordinate with Meta to connect your music to your profiles.

Unfortunately, TikTok still requires a verified badge to link your music. If your TikTok profile is already verified, simply request the connection through your Artist Backstage form, and we will handle it on your behalf.

Important: We do not need any of your emails or passwords to complete this process.
