UPCs (Universal Product Codes) and ISRCs (International Standard Recording Codes) are essential identifiers for your music.

• • UPCs are used to identify a release (e.g., an album or single) and are necessary for digital distribution across platforms.

  • ISRCs are unique codes assigned to individual tracks, enabling tracking of plays and royalty collections globally. If you do not have any UPCs or ISRCs codes for your release we provide these codes for free to simplify your distribution process

You don't pay any upfront fees. We take a 30% commission on the basic plan and 50% on the premium plan, based on the streams you generate. The only time you pay is when using specific services, such as visual content or PR.

You get paid based on the revenue generated from your music that you distribute through us. The more views, listens, and downloads your songs or albums receive, the more revenue you’ll generate. The main sources of these revenues include:

1. Music Streams on our partner stores (such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).

2. YouTube Views (if you’ve opted to distribute your music on YouTube).

3. Music Downloads (for example, if someone buys your song on iTunes).

From the revenue and services we generate for you, we take a fee depending on your plan:

• Basic Plan (30%): We take 30% of your earnings. For example, if you earn $100 in the first month, you’ll receive $70 after our fee.

• Premium Plan (50%): We take 50% of your earnings. If you earn $100, you’ll receive $50 after our fee.

You will receive your payments via PayPal in USD.

Important Notice Regarding Streams:

We are very strict about the integrity of your music streams. If we or our partners detect that any of your songs have been boosted (through artificial means or unauthorized platforms), your contract with us will be immediately terminated. Additionally, any stores involved in such boosted streams may also remove your music, which could lead to the termination of your artist page.

Yes, we welcome all artists, especially those looking for industry support and aiming to get their music on streaming platforms and monetize it. However, we are very selective about who we work with. To release music with us, you must have exclusive rights and ownership of each song. The following types of music are ineligible for release with us:

• Cover songs of other artists' work.

• Music where the copyright has expired (e.g., public domain works).

• Arrangements of musical works where you cannot collect royalties, such as arrangements of Western Classical pieces.

• Tracks without a proper, legal composer name (as required by most agencies and streaming platforms).

• Music with existing publishing or record label agreements (unless clearly communicated and agreed upon with all parties involved).

We are also very strict regarding the images used for songs, album, or single covers. The following are not allowed:

• Website URL.

• Contact information (e.g., email address, phone number, etc.).

• Pornographic images.

• Pricing information.

• Copyrighted images.

• Scans of CDs (must be retail-ready artwork).

• Blurry or pixelated images.

Additionally, we recommend using high-quality images with a resolution of 3000x3000 pixels for optimal presentation. Please ensure your cover art meets these requirements to be eligible for release

We provide DMCA assistance to file takedown notices on platforms where your music has been used without authorization. This ensures your work is protected and removed from unauthorized use.  If you're already signed with us, you can easily submit a DMCA or copyright takedown request through your Artist Backstage 

Once we receive your releases (songs, singles, or albums), we aim to moderate them within one business week, provided no further action is required from you during the process. If your release is returned for changes, this may delay the distribution timeline. To avoid such delays, we recommend reviewing the rules regarding cover images and music copyright beforehand.

Typically, it takes 1 to 4 weeks for a release to be distributed. Spotify is usually the fastest platform, often making releases available within 7 - 10 business days after our approval. If you wish to schedule a release for a specific date, we suggest submitting it to us at least two months in advance to ensure it goes live on the exact date you want.

Rules for Music Distribution:

• You must own 100% of the legal rights to the music being distributed, including all types of samples. If your release is detected as copyright-infringing, you must provide additional information regarding your rights.

• Music where the copyright has expired is ineligible (e.g., public domain works).

Premium artists can receive custom music art covers, graphic designs, and even merchandising designs tailored to their artistic vision. However, it’s important to note that the copyright for all designs created by us remains with our service. These designs can only be used commercially if they are distributed by us. In the event that the artist or record label contract is terminated, all designs, including any music video production created, will be removed. Premium Artist also recieve support under 1 hour 24/24 7/7.

In addition to that, while this service is not exclusive to our Premium Artists, they are given priority. We can link your music to your Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts on your behalf.

Please note the following:

• For TikTok, your account must have the blue badge verified before we can proceed.

• For Facebook and Instagram, verification is not required; however, your account must be set up as a Business Profile. 

We do not need access to your accounts.
To proceed, simply submit a request through your Artist Backstage page. Be sure to:

• Select the platform(s) you want to link your music to,

• Provide the link to your profile(s), and

• Indicate the track you'd like to have linked.

Yes, we professionally provide Design & Visual Content and Marketing services to anyone, even outside the record label. Many artists worldwide trust our services, and you can view a few samples here. However, all other services included in our Basic and Premium tiers are exclusively reserved for our signed artists. 

We currently don't support adding lyrics directly to your music before release. However, we can assist you afterward. Simply submit a request through your Artist Backstage page, and we'll get in touch with you shortly 

As a record label, we can assist you in claiming and verifying your artist pages across several major streaming platforms. The platforms we can directly help with include:

• Spotify

• Triller

• Vero

• YouTube OAC

• Deezer

• Apple Music & Shazam

• JioSaavn

While we can assist with claim requests, we recommend that the artist handle them directly, as this is usually more straightforward for streaming services. However, if any issues arise, you can contact us for support. Requests can be submitted through your Artist Backstage page. 

Replused Records handles verification requests for its distribution clients only in specific cases and at its sole discretion. If you are a Replused Records distributed artist and you meets our internal requirements as well as the guidelines of the chosen platform, you may contact us with a link to the account you wish to verify.

Important:

Social media verification is based on an editorial process. Submission does not guarantee success, but our request can increase your chances, as we have the authority to submit verification requests on your behalf. Even if your request is approved internally, the platform itself may refuse it at any time without further notice.

We can submit verification requests only for Facebook pages, Instagram profiles, and TikTok accounts. If approved by both our editorial team and the platform, your profile will receive the blue verification badge along with other benefits

Before applying, ensure that you meet the requirements and understand the limitations of this service. Verification is an additional service, available only to artists who meet our internal criteria. If you do not meet these criteria, or if you have had issues using our services, you are likely not eligible. You must also have an excellent track record with us, no content strikes, and act in good faith.

Note: This service is not the same as Meta Verified or any paid verification service. It is a permanent verification, completed without access to your accounts or passwords. We handle the process internally via our private networks. While we cannot guarantee approval, your request will be reviewed by a real human, and the final decision rests with the platform’s editorial team.

Internal Requirements

1. Spotless history with us: no copyright claims, good-faith behavior, no excessive or abusive requests.
   
   

2. One verification badge per artist per platform.
   
   

3. Verification applies only to your artist page, not personal or brand pages.
   
   

4. Minimum followers: 500 for Meta, 5,000 recommended for TikTok. A high follower count does not guarantee verification.
   
   

5. Regular posting: at least once per month on average.
   
   

6. All your music on these platforms must be distributed by Replused Records.
   
   

7. Public media coverage is critical: links to reputable news outlets, not opinion articles. Links to other social media are insufficient. Premium Plan clients can receive support with this.
   
   

8. Platform-specific criteria:

   • Facebook & Instagram: authentic, unique, complete, and notable profiles according to Meta guidelines (link)

   • TikTok: active, authentic, complete, notable, and secure profiles according to TikTok guidelines (link)

9. Submitted accounts must comply with each platform’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

10. All submitted information must be truthful and professionally accurate. Fake or sponsored information will result in immediate rejection.

11. If your request is denied, do not resubmit unless you have new information that could directly impact the decision. 

Application process:

Verification requests will only be processed if submitted through your artist backstage dashboard. Requests sent via our support email will not be accepted at this time. If additional information is needed, we will contact you directly.

If your profile meets our initial requirements, you can request a verification badge by submitting a request through your artist backstage dashboard. Include the following:

1. Navigate to your “Submit a Request” page inside your artist backstage.

2. Select the relevant verification badge: Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok.
   
   

After submitting your initial request, you will be contacted to complete a second form with additional questions, including why your account should be verified and other internal inquiries.

Please note:

• Approval is not guaranteed by our editorial team or the platform.

• Allow sufficient time for processing your request.

• If your request is denied, no further correspondence regarding the refusal will be addressed.

Previously, linking your Instagram or Facebook account to your music required a verified profile with the blue checkmark. Now, you do not need to be verified to link your music to Facebook or Instagram, but your account must be set up as a business account. Once that’s done, we can fully assist you and will coordinate with Meta to connect your music to your profiles.

Unfortunately, TikTok still requires a verified badge to link your music. If your TikTok profile is already verified, simply request the connection through your Artist Backstage form, and we will handle it on your behalf.

Important: We do not need any of your emails or passwords to complete this process.

Yes, you can cancel distribution with us, but this can only be done once our contract is terminated. If you wish to move to another record label while still under contract, terminating our agreement is not possible.

Upon termination of the contract:

• Song Removal: All your releases will be removed from our partner stores.

• UPCs & ISRCs: We can provide you with the UPCs and ISRC codes upon request, allowing you to reuse them with your new record label. This ensures your streaming platform stats, such as Spotify listening counts, remain intact.

• YouTube Content ID Protection: You will lose this feature.

• SoundCloud Monetization & Unlimited Releases (Next Pro): These benefits will no longer be available.

• Design & Visual Content Services: Premium-tier services will be discontinued. If you wish to use these services commercially in the future, additional fees will apply per service.

• Copyright Protection & DMCA Assistance: We will no longer assist in protecting your tracks or albums from unauthorized use.

• Spotify Artist Management: This service will no longer be provided.
