Can I get my music on Shazam?

Yes — when your release is distributed to stores, it can also be delivered to Shazam. This allows listeners to identify your songs instantly when they hear them. 

How does it work?

1. When you send us your release, we’ll make sure it’s included in our delivery to Shazam (alongside Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, etc.).

2. Once live, your track will be searchable and recognizable on the Shazam app.

3. Shazamed tracks also connect directly to Apple Music, giving fans an easy way to stream your music.

Do I need to do anything extra?

• No — just provide us with your release as usual. We’ll handle delivery to Shazam for you. 

What if my track doesn’t show up on Shazam?

• If you notice your release isn’t appearing or isn’t being recognized, please contact us and we’ll investigate with Shazam. 

Why isn’t my new release showing up on my Apple Music artist profile?
There are a few common reasons why this happens:

• The release was delivered under the wrong artist profile.

• Apple Music hasn’t finished processing your release (it can take up to 24–48 hours after the official release date).

• The release was linked to a different profile during delivery.

How can I fix it?

• Contact us — let us know your release is missing. We can check the delivery and submit a request to Spotify to move it to the correct profile if needed.

• Usually within a few days, but sometimes up to 1–2 weeks depending on Apple Music review process.
