Unfortunately, releases can occasionally appear on the wrong profile or channel. If artist names are similar or identical, your music may end up on another artist’s page in digital stores.
The mapping of releases is handled by the stores themselves, not by us. However, once your release is live, we can submit a request to have it moved to the correct artist page or, if needed, to a newly created page.
Please contact our Support team to receive the artist page correction form, and we will ensure your release is updated accordingly.
When you distribute your music through us, we will automatically claim any YouTube video that contains audio matching your release on your behalf.
Please note that claims can sometimes take 2 weeks from the release being ingested into YouTube’s Content ID system before they are automatically applied.
If YouTube’s Content ID system does not automatically claim a video containing your release’s audio, we can manually submit a claim for you.
What if my release still isn’t claimed?
If you notice that a video containing your music hasn’t been claimed, please contact us and we’ll take care of it for you.
